Lex Hamilton is an AI Systems Architect based in Kansas City and the founder of charmthirteen, an AI consulting and skills-training practice. She designs AI systems and prompt workflows for teams, and trains professionals to use generative AI with intention. The work starts with systems, not tools.I design and test frameworks for learning in community, where professionals practice prompt design, work with generative tools, and figure out where automation adds value without losing intention.
